In Person


Train with me on your own or in small groups of 2 - 4 friends. We'll take some initial measurements and set some realistic goals. Then we'll work together to achieve them.

Let me guide you with your nutrition and programming through Skype, videos and email. You'll be doing the workout on your own, but with the guidance and support you need.
